Coroner blames toddler injuries on mum, stepdad

A coroner has recommended police prosecutors review the case of a 22-month-old girl who died from chest injuries at Echuca, in northern Victoria, four years ago. Angela Jade Bannister died after she was put to bed in July 2008.
