Police treat Tasmania's first 2014 road fatality as death in custody

Tasmania police are treating the first fatal car crash of the year as a death in custody. Two police cars were in the vicinity of a car which hit a tree about half past three this afternoon on Powranna Road in the north and caught fire. The male driver was killed.
